Why is it so hard for the heart to say goodbye?
One single statement, as soft as a sigh,
Can tear someone's entire world in two.
Well, I've said those words, now, what do I do?
You aren't the one that will miss me tonight,
You aren't the one thinking of my heart breaking cries,
You have moved on, and said good-bye,
It's me that has to learn to say goodbye.
My heart will heal, this much I know,
And you'll dance on, to and fro,
And I'll be here, grieving for just a while,
And then, somehow, I'll find the courage to smile.

Gin, this is so beautiful, although it is sad... You have captured the feeling of loss and loneliness so well.... Hope it wont be too long before you can smile again...
