How often we walk life's path.
Facing life's brutal wrath.
Shouting to God with all our might.
Holding on, enduring the night.
We shout and rave, the unfairness of His plan
Standing in Spirit, living as man.
Complaining when crisis comes our way
Not realizing the gift He gave us new.
A gift of victory given to few.
What seems like a trial is a course in life.
Another gift on how to rise above strife.
Each trial allows life lessons
To pass on to all.
Another gift, as we listen to His call.
Another gift, that allows us to heal.
Another gift, to know how others feel.
Another gift, to help those to cope.
Antoher gift, that will fill you with hope.
So, rise to the occasion,
Move pass the pain.
Be among the giver's, hopes human chain.
Another gift, release it with passion.
