See I have admired you for awhile,
I have been waiting for a simple smile,
But all you do is look at me,
Then turn your head for someone else to see,
Now it is dirty looks you give me,
When I turn my head you flee,
Maybe its my face,
Maybe if I change it,
Then you'll slow your pace,
I play pool to calm my nerves,
I am winning with simple shots and curves,
But the problem is that I have lost,
Then I hear you call me some of your dirty thoughts,
You know it ain't funny,
Outside I feel like a dummy,
Now I know the meaning love is blind,
And on you i have wasted my time,

I really enjoyed reading this piece,your words reveal such truth,sometimes love IS blind and we only see what we want,but the fact the you realized it made your vision a whole lot clearer...I only hope it'll stay that way for your heart's sake.Good poem,
