Vast Confusion

Contributed by InexactExactness on Wednesday, 23rd October 2002 @ 04:00:00 PM in AEST
Topic: SongLyrics

Anomalies confuse me, and abuse me
when I can't see why they're there
Why are you this same way, as you say
that you can never see me, and yet you always do
And why to me you act this way now
when you never were before
How is it that you see me different
when I've never shut the door

Double over, I'm not a lover
I've never been this way
And yet you think so, you act like you know
That's all that you can say

Don't confuse me, don't refuse me
and the questions I'm looking for
Just stand there wondering about what I'm asking
and the reasons that you adore

Double over, I'm not a lover
I've never been this way
And yet you think so, you act like you know
That's all that you can say

Please don't reveal to me, certain uncertainty
of the answers that you have
I feel weary, sort of dreary
and I'm falling beneath the floor
