I am stupid and I know...
That it's my fault you had to go...
I hurt you and broke your heart...
I caused this relationship to fall apart..
I know I'm stupid and that I'm dumb..
I know I'm not worth it unlike some...
I know I caused tears to fall from your eyes...
I know that I hurt you and thats why you said your goodbyes...
I'm truly sorry for what I did...
I know I'm entirely idiotic and stupid..
I understand why your hurt...
I basically treated you as I treat dirt.
I apologize for everything I've caused..
I told you I did it and then I paused..
When I looked in your eyes I saw a graveyard...
I knew right then that I had scarred...
That perfect sweet heart that lies in your chest....
And that soft beautiful soul that now doesn't rest...
I know I did wrong...
And now I bet you don't think we belong...
But I still love you as much as I did before...
And I hope that even though your heartsore...
That we could try one more time....
And stay together for a lifetime...
