In all the sunshine
In all the rain
There's nothing I can do
To heal your pain
In my sorrows
In my dreams
I see your face
I say lots of things
I say the things
I don't even realize I sometimes think
When I start to see what you say
It's all gone like a blink
Of all the things I've ever done
Of all the feelings I've never won
I never thought I would need you
I always thought, the end was done
Today and tomorrow
Present and past
There was surely something I could have done
To make it all last
Not that I would change a thing
Not that I would go back
I feel like I'm finding
The things I lack
My tears and my sorrow
My laughter and joy
I will never forgive myself
For playing with you like a toy
In all my life
Until my death
If I never know another
I'll still have been blessed
Can't still say I don't want you
Won't still say I don't need you
But there is someone else to love you
Like I could never do
I hope you see that I'm sorry
I hope you see that I cry
If you don't still love me
I'll be okay, I won't lie
I like to hear her talk about you
Because I know you're happy
I hope to hell
This doesn't come across as sappy
My words have been parched
My pen and paper laid aside
But it seems to me
Suddenly my soul is alight
Don't take this as me begging
I don't want one more try
If is something you don't want
Or if you think I would lie
I know you don't trust me
I will understand if you never do
But know this, if you want me
Then I'll be here for you
I love you like I never did
I hope to never loose you
But how to tell you what i feel
I haven't got a clue

A love that has suddenly found selflessness. Beautiful piece. I think if you can find happiness loving him, even without possessing, it will do your heart a world of good.
