Haunting your dreams
Watching your every move
I whisper in your ear when you are not looking
You cannot see me
But I am here stalking you
Day and night
So many pictures
I can smell you
And almost taste you
I’ve felt you
I’ve seen you
I’ve hidden in your house
And watched you sleep
You’ve seen me around
Even said Hi
I could be your friend
But I’m obsessed with you too
I know about your whole life
All your secrets
The deep ones
And the shallow ones
I know them all
I can watch you from a distance
Or up close if I want
You will never know
Until I bring you home with me…

I wonder if Texas has stalkers.
I know that the authorities are conditioned to go lightly, or even to set free a householder who shoots somebody trespassing on their property, even if it's by mistake.
For example, the foreigner who was dressed up for a costume party he was going to attend at a private house. Only, he got lost and went up to a guy's front door and knocked to ask directions. Since the guy couldn't make head nor tail of what the man was saying, he told him to skidaddle!
I guess the chap didn't move fast enough, so the guy brought out his shootin' iron and killed him.
He was exonerated. Seems there's a law still on the books down there where a property owner has the right to shoot you if you're trespassing on his land. .
Betcha they don't have a lot of stalkers down there.*g*

Nice...I like the way that you include the secret desires of the stalker, and the thrill of being known without being known... |
