I don,t understand, you said I'm your friend,
But you were nasty from the start till the end.
I thought friends would never part,
And friends were always in your heart.
But you proved that theory wasn't right,
When you tried to push me out of sight.
I am always there when you are down,
making you smile instead of frown.
But all I ever got from you,
Was goodnight, "oh sleep well too"
So you left me on my own today,
leaving me feeling like going away.
And while your happy things seem great,
but one day soon you will need a mate.
And when you treat your friends so bad,
And you like to make them feel sad.
you will turn someday to look and see
That your mate has gone, that mate is me!
