I realize that
men
notice how we
move our theatre bodies
how we handle our skirts when getting into car
how we touch our elbows
and move our feet when uncomfortable
how we twirl our fingers
when bored
and the color of our cheeks
in the dark
they are the ultimate observers
the visual spies
they value our womanly gestures
like a million little broken kisses
with an irresistible fascination
they gather our eyelashes like medals of honor
even the soles of our feet take their breath away
as we walk proudly on their backs
they notice our smell from every pore
on our intricate body
they know where the soap touched our skin
under water
our sex
smells like a heavenly shake to them
and they devour it
men
even
notice
the little shadows
lurking
under our skirts...

Ya know... I read this once before and for some reason thought it would be banned or edited. *Shrugs*
I liked it though I don't think we are all that bad... Most of the time. |

I am absolutely in love with your poetry. I mean that sincerely, not in a flirty , free way. IN a honest , grounded, way. I hate hallmark poems, and i have a hard time liking other peoples poetry but you, you are very ***** good. Who are you? And what made you this way?
