I wasn't being violent, i was only struggling!

Topic: oops

Why’d you force on so much strength?
You knew I’d bruise!
If I was given a chance,
I promised I’d go.
Once I’d got back my breath.
After I’ve stopped choking,
Why’d you have to squeeze my neck?
Then smile like you were joking.
Pin down, with a solid smack.
Hold down my arms, so I couldn’t slap you back!
Get 3 others, to pull me in,
I didn’t want to go in my cell!
Why was that a sin?

DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA,
WHAT IT’S LIKE IN THERE?
To sit at solid walls,
That always stare.
To lie on your back staring up at the ceiling.
Painfully, breaking inside,
From your mixed up feelings.
And then slowly the voices come.
But when you shout,
You’re only told to shut up!
So then you start bouncing off the flaming walls,
You start smacking in your bed,
Until your fists hurt and all.
So you’ve given the labels,
In buzzing names,
And all the time you’re hurting,
In your ‘slow melting stains’.
The pain is unreal,
Some thing that you feel.
When you’re placed inside,
The walls of hell.

So when you finally drop,
Crack down on the floor,
The second you close your eyes,
It comes back once more!

Now do you understand?
Do you get what it’s like?
Do you understand now?
WHY I PUT UP A FIGHT??

What I don’t understand,
Is why you squeezed my neck!
You grabbed me by my slit arms,
You pulled me by my legs.
Yeah, so I smack one of you,
Where’s the deal?
I COULDN’T BREATH!
I could barley feel!

You lot smacked me down,
Solid and hard.
Then you left me in there,
Pushed me back in the dark…
Led me back through the gates,
Of bloodied screaming hell!
No surprise I cut my skin,
No surprise my walls fell!
You locked me up for 7 hours!!
My crime,

“Act Of Mental Health”…
