You play softly upon my memory
Retracing delicate impressions upon my heart
Stirring anew the currents of innocence
So refreshing to my soul
You lift me beyond shadows
Where darkness can never reach
Replenishing my weary spirit anew
A genuine blessing and gift of love
You complete me as no other
In ways only true love could ever do
Satisfying the thirst, yearning
Of a soul long in search of joy
This is written for you
And the beauty of your spirit
The love that so moves my heart
It must express for all to see
My heart waits patiently
To savor the exquisite nectar of our love
Remaining hopelessly dedicated and devoted
To you always
