Late Night Chatter

Contributed by MissMandy on Friday, 2nd July 2004 @ 04:42:46 AM in AEST
Topic: group

SM: I think I'm not going to sleep tonight, I will be a vigilant writer, and write through the night and as dawn crests yonder hills I will close my book and thus close my heart till the time in which it will be opened one last time to admit the one and only true love that I hopefully will find.

MM: I think your poetry is the only poetry that has ever brought tears to my eyes.

SM: LOL.

MM: You laugh, I quiver inside for I read to the very depth of who you are, and I don't quite understand and yet the mystery makes it so intriguing that I yearn to know more about the poet that writes.

SM: Words flow from me to join with reality like the silvery light of the many stars to the deepest of nights. Many give their life to save this world from devastation I cannot give it that but instead I will give my mind and soul with the medium being my writing. Enough with the sad thoughts I must remain happy and uplifting for if I am to be sad who then will make others happy?

MM: If sadness is what you feel then how can you smile at the world that has made you so bitter?

SM: I can smile for I know that this world is but a beginning and a stage of learning that should not be spent sad and downcast but with uplifted eyes and spirit.

MM: And when uplifted eyes become filled with tears and spirit is crushed by society's doom, what then? Do you still smile at the cynical world or do you run to a world that gives you more meaning, a world only found when one can no longer breathe on the world where they were born?

SM: Yes, I smile into the cynical society of hate and lies one that has caused such hate and demise but I will not let my facade fail I will hold this mask of cheerfullness till the day I die.

MM: Masks hide being, masks make the world dull, but when the mask is removed, when all is revealed, is when love truly runs in the hearts of all that see what has yet to be seen.

SM: 'Tis true I suppose...

Interesting conversation... a few good points there, raising a few questions here... yes, I liked it. You two should talk more often.
Take care.
David
