my wife

Contributed by thomasmartinroberts on Thursday, 1st July 2004 @ 09:48:20 PM in AEST
Topic: LoveRemembered

a wife is one who will let you be right, even when you are wrong. and sticks with you through hard times, and hears the same old song. picks up after you when you are a slob. wakes you on time and gets you off to your job. she's the brainy onewitty and wise, lets you be big in front of the guys. she keeps the house, cooks , and pays the bills, watches the children, cleans up there spills.she listens to you rant and rave, about money you didn't have that she couldn't save.some times, old girl in the morning, when the dawn is cold and gray. and i lay in perfumed blankets thinking thoughts i dare not say. i think of the things the night before, and grin a sly old smile, and say to my self again and again, man she really is worthwhile.

Gosh, I bet they will roll the red carpet out for her and all the loving wives like her, lol. This is so sweet and shows that you do appreciate her. I enjoyed this a lot.
