when im with you
all my problems
soar away
like frightened birds
you give me
the love and comfort
i need in my life
you know
that i love you, too
and id do anything
for you
but youre like
a five thousand piece puzzle
and at times i just want to give up
but i dont
i keep trying
to put your pieces together
but its so hard
without the box
alot of people
dont even know you
and they judge you right away
but i know something they dont know
your heart is big
but you only allow in
those who can decipher your code
and once theyre let into the
golden gates of your heart,
theyre flooded with love,
trust, honesty
and care
im glad i was one
of those lucky people

wow i can relate to this about my closest friend. he is the only person that i can relye on no matter what. its amazing. such a great write.
