Spinning round

Contributed by neglected1 on Thursday, 1st July 2004 @ 03:10:36 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

Lost in a maze of paranoia
Simple day gone bad
Everything sever and folded
Tearing and the seam

Could you stay long enough for me to say goodbye
If you could see the real me breathe
I will be tattered and tired
Then blissfully walk to the edge

Spinning round
Round spinning round, round i follow down
What's left...Sanctity
I'm used to you tripping over me

I want to come apart or dig myself a little hole inside your heart
But i taste what i cant have
It's from you
I'm on the outside...and i cant mend

Sqeeze my eyes shut so i cant see
The pain in you, this pain in me
Maybe tomorrow wont be so bad
I just live for my tomorrow

It wasn't easy with the tears that rolled
Rolled down, down
Round spinning round, round i follow down
Crumbling to my knees

I cant feel this another night
Half unconscious to escape my paranoia
You're just too busy with yourself
Never stopped and asked..What you could do

Retreat to a place within me
Bottled inside to torment me
Torture me like it used to
So many words i should have said

Trapped with these memories so distant
Round spinning round, round i follow down
You, now i see
Keeping everything inside

I've tasted that cold steel of my life
Crashing down before me
You're curses making me feel not human
But i taste the same cold steel from you

Locked here inside my head
Remembering everything you have said
I'll remain within me, you can play your own game
More perfect.. Its your time to spin

Wow, really great. It portrays the feeling of falling, of being pushed more like it....
