Marley: Adored, Torn, and now choking

Contributed by rhei76 on Thursday, 1st July 2004 @ 09:51:44 AM in AEST
Topic: dedicatedpoems

We will never talk again
Life broke different fork
What can I say my friend
Life it"s own little joke
And I'm starting to choke

On ashes of memories adorne

It's not the same
It's not the same
Oh, how it's changed

We will never tell again
Of broken dreams & clouds
What can I give my friend
Life is starving me
As I choke on the memories

Of ashes on dreams adorne

It has changed
It has changed
Never to be the same
It is different
While I choke

On ashes of memories so torn

They've torn the page
Like words they no longer say
Sometimes I feel they took it all away
While I eat the ashes ands start to decay

They took you away
But memories they stay
I wanted you all of the day
But now I choke on the feelings
That once made me feel okay

I'm starving
Choking
Hoping on dreams
But these ashes take my voice
Till no longer I can scream

Oh, where's my dream
My beautiful, preccious queen
Feels like I've lost everything
When we were torn apart
Aw, numb is the feeing of my heart

Choking on a life that was once adorn
