You looked at me as tough I was a stranger…
But I know that you knew me!
You treated me as though I was not there…
But I know you saw me!!!
You told me I was fat and fed me pills…
But I know you saw me as a twig!
You acted as though you were scary…
But you were not that big!
You told me that I was hideous…
But I look just like you!
You told me to do better….
But there was nothing more I could do!!!
NOW YOU HATE ME FOR WHAT I HAVE…
HOPE IT EATS AT YOU AT NIGHT.
NOW YOU CRY YOURSELF TO SLEEP…
BECAUSE YOU KNOW I NEVER WANTED TO FIGHT!!!
NOW YOU HATE YOURSELF…
FOR THE WAY YOU ***** UP MY HEAD!
NOW YOU HATE WHAT YOU DID TO ME…
ALMOST LEFT ME FOR DEAD.
NOW YOU TRY TO BE MY MOTHER…
YOU DON’T REALIZE IT’S TOO LATE.
NOW YOU WANNA APOLOGIZE…
BUT I AM TOO FILLED WITH HATE!!!!!
Too long did I try to love you…
Try to get you to love me.
Too long did I put up with…
Your ways of slavery.
Too long did I seek your affection…
You never wanted to care.
Too long have I hated myself…
Because the words you said were unfair!
Too long have I feared dreaming…
Now it is time to go to sleep.
Too long have I lived this life…
Don’t know what I pray my soul to keep.
Too long have I screamed….
Locked everything inside.
Too long have u dieted me…
Made me small and easy to hide.
Too long have you been shamed of me…
Too long have I cried.
Too long I tried to love you…
I think I have finally died!!!!

your mother did this too you. how tragic. some people can just be so damn stupid and they don't understand that with the things they say to their children it will scar them for life. im sure you are beautiful the way you are, dont let anyone tell you different.

Such a beautiful piece written by the heart. Those are my favorite kind because i know what I am reading is someone elses true colors in writing. Wonderful emotion showed through of anger I could almost feel it perfectly while reading.
