Where Willows Weep

Memories fluttering like bats out of hell
Piercing the cold silence I know so well
A promised ending that supposed to be so clear
Yet nothing tells me a peaceful ending is near
A head hanging low cold nights spent wondering on streets
That morbid melody in my brain stuck on constant repeat
Growing weary of this life, so tired and wanting to sleep
So I wonder out of town, down to where the willows weep
Pulled into the water to drown my own reflection
The water easing the haunting of my own conviction
Staring into the stars I'm looking for something
Waiting for the moon to whisper to me anything
Waiting for an opening to heal....

This is beautiful. I can close my eyes and the scene just rolls along like some sort of sad music video... only with no words.
Lots of love and peace be with you,
