Today was told to stay away
it held strong and carried on
it never looked up to ask why
it was here only today
Tonight walked in
dilated and curious
it showed nothing with little emotion
and left you to guess
if you ever had a doubt
what Tomorrow is all about
i can tell you this
memory is stored in things you wish for today
