Push me forward
The right direction
Travel directly ahead
Don’t dare stop
Don’t dare think
Don’t dare look back
You told me I’m better than them
I hope this is true
I’m believing in you
So please don’t lie
Right to my face
That hurts more than the laughter
The laughter that so nearly made me
Made me give up
But you wouldn’t let me
You told me I’m stronger than that
When I felt I’ve no strength left
You leant me a hand
Helped me through tough times
Never faltering, always strong
You’re always strong
You’re always right
I can’t give up
I’m stronger than that
I’m better than them
That’s what you said
I hope it’s true
I’m believing in you
So please don’t lie
That would hurt so much more
More than the laughter.
