just because it hurts?

just because it makes it worse?

Hang tuff, my friend as there is always hope.
Never give up trying, never!
Life is hard for everyone so u can do it.
I'll be praying for u. Prayer definently changes things as I live in faith but even the I have much faith I still get discouraged at times but it's those time when my faith isn't up to par then I rely on others faith. I am a walking miracle and it would take much time to count my miracles.The writing is great and jus know I care and will be pryaing 4 u.

SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING TO DO WITH SELF DESTRUCTION! I DID IT FOR SO LONG & HAVE ENDLESS SCARS B/C OF IT!!
YOU'VE GOTTEN THROUGH THE HARDEST PART~ADMITTING YOU HAVE A PROBLEM & WANNA STOP!!! IF YOU'VE GOT THE GUTS TO TELL US THEN I THINK YOU HAVE THE STRENGTH TO OVER COME IT!!!! I agree with every one of the previous comments... Hang tuff... life is full of hope... 'cause all u need is a little hope... u can do this... u can stop whatever it is ur doing!!! Just don't give up and don't give in...

Well first of all very intense poem but I'm not really sure if the comments you are wanting are for whatever it is that you are trying to stop or for your poetry both is important and needed to help the soul and the mind so on the point of whatever it is you are trying to stop every comment before this is right on the money and as you can see support is all around you secondly writing is one of the best forms of therapy keep it up!!
As for your poem it really makes a statement and is very impactual
the only suggestion I could make would be to drop some of the Can't I Stop's because its overwhelming repetition I think it could be just as impactual with the Can't I Stop's as a beginning for a paragraph. I hope this helps a lil bit and you keep writing everyday your poem is the first I have even commented on because it was so powerful of a statement keep up the writing I hope to see more. :)
