Forever Lost

Contributed by buffo on Saturday, 26th June 2004 @ 12:33:04 AM in AEST
Topic: goodbyepoetry

It seems things change
JUst way to fast
In a blink of an eye
Your whole lifes past
Just one mistake
And your life was cut short
My world was shattered
Torn and shaken
It seems death is real
Through the pain I feel
If i was there to help you by
Would you have made it

Now your gone on a broken road
You never knew which way to go
Little boy scared inside
Looking for a place to hide
Now your safe and sound at home
Found a place to call your own
This place is far up in the sky
With dreams and hopes close by

My dear friend
Im still with you
I can not accept
losing you
So young to die
You were just taken away
What right did he have
You were suppose to stay
I will never forget
The things we did
You were taken away
Just a kid...
