I keep waiting
I keep wondering
Who I am
Who I'm meant to be
Who I'm meant to be with
Is it you
Who's meant to wrap your arms around me
I hope so
You're sweet
You make me laugh
You laugh with me
You look at me
Instead of through me
You're smart
You bring out the best in me
You're my choice
I'm overly sensitive
I try at humor
But I don't get far
I want something more than most
I have secret demons eating at my soul
I talk too much
I look directly into your eyes
I bring out someone in you
Am I your choice?
I hope so
