good night sweet heart was all he said
in those gentle words I felt his kiss
longing for what might never be
tis but a dream he is to me
our witty letters oft exhanged
sharing all those special things
that bring us closer to the heart
wondering how far apart
we really are and might always be
in different worlds across the sea
how did we find each other then
insistent calling of the wind
you know me as if from before
we share some past
I feel I've held you close to me
remnants of an ancient dream
