I am the angel of death,
I squeeze out your last humanly breath,
Wrap my icy hands around your throat,
In your demise I will dote.
I wait until the darkness falls,
Listening for your dying calls,
Then I swoop & collect your soul,
Leave your body lifeless & cold.
My hunger for death grows,
Eternal sleep is all I know,
Upon you I inflict such pain,
From your departure I always gain.
Sometimes waiting is too much.
So I delve inside with my sadistic touch,
Bring hell to you sooner than you think,
But I leave you hanging on the brink.
Dangling death in front of your face,
Give you a nightmare you can never erase,
I am the angel of death,
I squeeze out you last humanly breath.

Haunting is right!! But also..... majestic... I think I'm infatuated with this poem... no, don't laugh.... Then, I've always had a special 'feeling' for death...
