Because of you

Contributed by Sordida on Tuesday, 22nd June 2004 @ 10:28:17 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

Once upon a time the way every classic story starts,
but this is no classic story but it comes straight from the heart. The very first time I met you and I looked into your eyes. They were as perfect as the rest of you and that made me realize. That I was all the opposite, no beauty down within. I was a bad creation just some twisted mass of skin. I wanted to be perfect I wanted you to see all the beauty that existed but even hid from me. Everytime I saw you I ran away in shame, because of all the horror in which I took all the blame. One day I just gave up my quest I simply ceased to care I walked away in silence when I saw you standing there. You called out into the darkness but I didn't turn to look, for it was you who stole my heart at first you dirty thieving crook. But now I take it back from you and walk out of the room. Later on I died that night and it was all because of you.
