A Change

Contributed by Knowledge on Sunday, 20th October 2002 @ 08:45:00 AM in AEST
Topic: Grief

Now my life is taking a turn. Its going downhill. I knew something was amiss. But why this? I would never do anything like that. What a great time for this to happen.
It's so different. She was fine how she was. More than fine.
I came to this class today, wondering what to write about. Now I have something... Something I don't like, and I will never forget.
I have no say in her choices, but it was a choice that ruined a part of me. And she had no way of knowing.
Now I sit in class listening to a poem. I now know, that if I mess up in all my anger and grief, just once...that could be it. It would ruin it for her and me.
Now I look upon her beautiful face and realize its not so bad. I wish she would listen to what I have to say. I doubt she would, but there is always atleast once chance.
Now is my last chance. Can I do it?
