i love the quiet and still
here alone
i breath cleanly
unpolluted by that which
you've tarnished
still girl
in a corner
of my mind
there are sad goodbyes
and yet a peace i've made with myself
for losing you
and a love that never did me any good.
i love the quiet and still
hush now hear it
my heart beating
as it beats as one.
