summers last dream

Fall, leaves fall.
Every leaf speaks bliss to me,
fluttering from the swaying tree.
Its leaves are fragrant,
feathery, showy in their colors
beckoning with sexy shrug
to come over.
Wreaths of leaves blossom and glow
in the sultry summer blaze.
Streams are trilling and frothing
in a mad dash to escape the summer heat
taunting the leaves for their climax of color,
a shade of red caught and waiting to be free.
Fall, leaves fall.
chase the clouds acrost the sky
dreeming and loving
splashing and swimming
till the summer nights have gone away
soon to be ushering in a dreamier Autumn day.
