fools

You think
she's nice,
charming
and witty.

You think
she's something,
special
and true.

You think
she's pure,
noble
full of life.

You think
she's worthy,
beautiful
and yours.

I think
she's an imposter,
empty
and souless.

I think
she's dead,
black
and withered.

I think
she's nothing,
weak character,
ill intentions.

I think
you've been had,
played the fool.

I think
you'll never see
what's really
under that skirt.

Great poem.
But sometimes people would rather be played instead of being alone. Sometimes people think to small to believe the truth.
Fools, yes
But the only way to feel the most in life is in the most vunerable postion. Isn't it?
The less risk. The more unfelt energy is released.
Loved you poem.
I'll chat back later. God bless you.

I know of one such one, play me once and leave me the fool, but never to be again.

I liked this much, and is a good reminder, thanks for sharing.

Chris

I liked this one as well.
I like the two comparisions of what someone else thinks and what you think.
Very nice
~Kris~
