Grounded

Grounded again
What did I do?
This room is beginning to be my only friend
I'm locked up here and why? I haven't a clue

I'm tired of being pushed around
Without a reason why
I spoke not a word, not even a sound
Oh, but why should I bother to try

I'm just going to be locked up here for a day
I suppose I could read a book
This is completely unfair, one day of my life wasted away
Next time I see Mom, I'll be sure to send her a dirty look

Listening to music isn't too bad
I guess I could take a nap
Someone's trying to save me, it's Dad!
Mom says no, oh crap.

You must did something wrong to be grounded. Your mom wants you to think about what you did
