selfstruggles

A man lost in regret, because of everything he's done wrong
So many times he acted like someone else, they just played along
Now his life is just depressing, he now lives alone
This is what happens when life passes by
It's as if you're ready to die
But it's more of a purgatory, or more of a lie
He sits on the streets and plays his guitar for money
He sits in darkness while the world around is him is bright
He tries to stay away from evrything he's seen
He feels like he's so unclean
He can't feel anything anymore, he's lost all feeling
He can't tell his skin is peeling
Why has something like this happened?
Why is life unfair?
And Why does no one care?

Sometimes I wonder where any of us ever got the idea that life should or would be fair in the first place. Good depiction of the self-struggling.
