I miss those days I could just pick up the phone to call,
but lately it seems like you aint missin me at all
We used to tell each other everything especially when times got rough,
we used to be there 4 each other when we had enough
when our tears flowed like a constant rain,
when our hearts felt nothin but pain
When no one seemed to understand how we felt,
when our hearts got so heavy they could just melt
Why are you so far away,
why couldnt you just stay
I need you here you have always been my best friend,
my comedian,my inspiration my shoulder to lend
Im so proud of you for all that you have achieved,
but it alse kills me cuz i know how much you have grieved
I always wished I could heal your pain,
take it as mine so you could maintain
It kills me inside to see you cry,
I wish you would release the pain you try to deny
I will be here for you no matter what the problem brings,
and remain here until that wedding bell rings
When that bell rings and your wife is dressed in white,
I'll know in my heart there will be a new light

he is still there, he's just finding himself.
Give him time to heal & grow.
