Let me make my position clear
In case there are any doubts lingering here
I believe in a resolute moral stance
Against this terrorist ignorance
But I believe in the deeply moral way
Strength in depth and honesty pay
With this co-operation can and will be found
Instead of spreading MORE hatred all around
Terrorist acts and immoral violence of all kinds
Are totally wrong and only FIX minds
But the approach to it must be reasoned and sound
Not peurile speeches spreading discord around
Not emphasis on MORE violence and war
Yes, there ARE times when that IS called for
But its overemphasis will surely fail
And ever NEW victims will be heard to wail
Is that truly the responsible way to go?
To rely only on violence to defeat a foe?
And to overrule the world's long trusted laws
Is it not to thrust us toward Hell's very jaws?
Connecting with the peacemakers in solid embrace
To remove ALL violence from the world's face
Respecting the integrity of the others voice
Realising there is ALWAYS more than one choice
Not only MORE hatred and violence here
Creating ever more violence, killing and fear
But a measured way that keeps friends on board
And ensuring common values are NEVER lowered
Not telling lies and half-truths to home-based groups
Not acting like dictators bringing harm to our troops
Aim for an emphasis on peace and a meeting of minds
Only then will the world be saved for ALL of Mankind

Well, I agree 100%, but I sure won't hold my breath until it happens. The rulers that be would never allow it. It would stop their reigns of terror and greed.
