You send a bullet through my soul.
It’s coated in poison and it eats me whole.
It sends vibrations of exploding pain.
It makes me shudder but still feel so aflame!
Every single thing that’s mine or that I have ever built,
Suddenly you’re destroying them or you’re making them tilt.
Every single wall, every single friend,
You spit out your viscous words, until there’s nothing left.
I try to ignore it, and do my best to move on.
Hoping that you’ll quit it, and in time you’ll move along…
Time moves and I stuck oxygen deep into my airways.
But turning round you’ve settled more of a dark haze.
More time moves aside, and I try to let go,
But inside I know I’m bubbling, and that it’s all starting to show.
Then I past you in the corridor, our eyes meet.
I feel so burned and raw, your presence I can’t delete!
I let you past, though my anger won’t melt.
Then a low whisper I hear, and it whips at full pelt!
It was just a quiet little tone, so no one else could hear.
I turn round to hit you, to find that you’re not there.
My stress turns back round hitting, smack down into me.
Were you even there? The questions fill me.
But then I decide I just don’t care! I’m gonna make you pay.
I’m gonna make you sorry; in a bloodied kind of way!
More swollen anger begins to pulse through,
I run with all my strength, searching for you.
Images fill me, of how I’m going to hurt you!
This is for all those time you betrayed me, for an amuse.
Someone’s shouting, back and behind.
It doesn’t bother me though, it barely touches my mind.
An invisible mist, lays in front of my eyes,
It tells me to do it, to punch out your lights!
I turn the corner, and there you stand.
And all alone! My chance is grand.
I don’t give warning; I just run up and punch,
Blood drips off your face, as my knuckles crunch.
And then I send another, blow to your head.
This ones for my walls and all the things you said!
You seize your chance, and throw a slap.
I open my mouth, “How pathetic was that?”
I grab your shoulders and push you down.
Then kick you in the ribs, a crowd forms around.
But I don’t care! I just continue.
Fully aware, people may miss you.
You start puking blood, I stand back and watch.
Then a teacher comes, and kicks you in the gut!
I smile at her, she smiles at me.
Then we both turn, and go our own ways…
