A Heroin Addicts God

A Heroin Addicts God

poor old soul.....
stumbling thru the alleyways
closing in on an early grave
veins bleeding from pricks
jesus plays so many cruel tricks
eyes twitching from cocaine
still not enough to end my pain...

chemical father.....
throw down the cash to give me my stash
sore so high but soon i will crash
chemical father and opium mother
i love you both like no other
i shoot liquid pain deep into my veins
laying on the cold streets in the rain
chemical father and opium mother
herbal sister and bleeding brother
the acid cuts deep,my mind is so bleak
screw all the answers that i seek
chemical father and opium mother
molesting minds,unwanted lovers
father help me get high
mother please dont die
your my dealers and soul stealers
you are the killers of my mind

child of the vial...
i am a prisoner of a life i never asked
the tears pour thru my child like mask
chemical father and mother are not metaphors
im lying here on our kitchen floor
i wanted to be like you and you wanted the same
thru my short years of depression i couldnt kill the pain
what i wanted and what i am are not one and the same
heroin cannot cure me thru the will of god i cannot be saved
here comes fathers needle to steal my soul
no father wait! im only twelve years old!

What a vile sickening thought. A child being given death by their own parent. It is disgusting and immoral and I can only hope this is not true.

Yes,
very sad but unfortunatly true for many. The sad part is how a person will turn to those things looking for answeer they will never find that way.
well written.
luv, huggs,
emy

I've always hated the thoughts of heroin. It is a mistress that grabs you by the @$$ and drags you into the depths of hell. I've known too many ppl that were addicted, most of them O.D.ed way too many times and now are dead. You put this so succinctly. The picture you paint is bleak and pathetic, and really does happen. What a shame. Peace to you. Good write.

i loved this line "chemical father and mother are not metaphors" and it was funny that they were 12, in a sick way, heh. you always seem to use young children. bad childhood? anyways, awwwwwwwwwwwwwwweeeesommmeee job with everything on this.
