Beneath the Moon and Stars

Topic: ApologyPoetry

We sit together so sweetly
Watching the moon and stars
The night starts turning bitter
As you see my scars
The scars inwhich u see
Are from carvings on my arm
The arm inwhich u held so fondly but now disown
The night has turned bitter
And ur sweetness turns to hate
Your heart is broken and so is mine
As your breath becomes so deep
Your eyes are getting weepy
And your legs begin to shake
Your mind is all mixed up
So u decide to walk away
As your keep on walking
You turn and look back
What u see disappoints u
And u carry on walking home
The night has turned bitter
And now we're both alone
I sit and watch the moon and stars
And think of me and u
What I did was wrong
And I regret it all
I cant belive we're over
Over because of something small
I guess I didn't think
At all about what I was doing
The stupid things I've done
Must be forgotten
I miss u like the world
And all I want is u back
I hope u can forgive me
For what I have done
I love u more than u could ever imagine
And all I dream is u
I wish the past could be erased
And we can start again together
New...

solid and emotional write. the scars on the outside are a reminder and sometimes easier to deal with than the scars on the inside. Hope you find your way.
