~You Made Me~
You made me rise to my feet again
when the world had me down on my knees.
You made me reach out and pick up this pen.
Watch these words flow through like a breeze.
You made me see the stars in the sky,
feel the wind whip across my face.
You made me wipe my teary eye,
now this life I can truely embrace.
You made my heart resume its beat,
how it felt so cold and still.
You made my soul feel whole and complete,
all your dreams I hope to fulfill.
You made me anxious to start a new day,
bright eyed,happy,and free.
What you've done for me is hard to portray.
You made me....me
