The slow moving ticks of the clock pass by.
I sit in regret and ask myself why?
How could you tell such an ugly lie?
Why couldn’t you remember?
The pain suffered is too much to stand,
And I miss the times I held your hand,
When nothing mattered and no one cared.
When we thought that we were meant to be.
But the clock never stops.
It will always tick by.
Time will waste away in our pool of Heartache
And will forever remain just a memory…

wow, very much emotion I loved this piece...its something my ex would write to me...and thats the only bad part because it reminds me of him...but still the writing of ot and the flow is just amazing I loved it keep it up...
read and comment my stuff if you want I'd love to hear what you think...

Very touching piece. It hurts when someone you care for so much tells you a lie when you thought that you could trust them. I've been there and had that done to me. Take care and godbless. Also read and comment some of my poetry if you would please. Thanks :)
