just take the knife and saw through this
there's blinding pain inside his kiss
i know he'll leave me
he won't want me
no one does when they get to know me
hanging tight to memories
a world i live in that i can't see
they don't need me
they won't miss me
when i take the knife and bleed
i'm just dying
silently crying
you won't listen
you won't tell me
you just hate me...
...and i wish i could hate you too

It sounds as if you are speaking to all of humanity. I can't really tell if you are, or if this is about a single person. Either way, it makes lots of sense, and it is a wonderful poem.
But I'm glad you don't hate him/them too.
