Your there to see me cry
Your there to understand
Your there to take my hand
Your there to say hello
Your there to make me grow
Your there to wish me well
Your there to up-beat my glow
Your there to wash my hands, from all the dirt I collect
Your there for when I need someone to whom I really connect
So really what I'm saying, is you are something quite amazing
For all you do for me, you are pratically....

nice sentiment - I liked the sweetness. Perhaps you might think of replacing
Your with You're, just to keep the flow, unless you have purposefully used Your - -
