Along a leaf covered road on the last day of Fall,
The last day of warmth, before the cold strikes us all.
And along that road, covered with leaves,
leaving many bare trees.
But one other tree along that road held something, one single leaf.
The last leaf standing before the end of Fall.
The last leaf on a tree, before the cold strikes us all..
