I’ve Learned To Write
-----------------------------
I’ve learned to write for comfort,
I’ve learned to write for peace.
I’ve learned to write for solitude,
For stress in life to cease.
I’ve learned to write for others,
I’ve learned to write for me.
I’ve learned to write for justices,
To the powers that might be.
I’ve learned to write for anger,
I’ve learned to write for love.
I’ve learned to write for the purpose,
Of using my gift from above.
I’ve learned to write for expression,
I’ve learned to write for a voice.
I’ve learned to write for freedom,
That leads me no other choice.

I thought this had great sentiment, and I enjoyed it - I think y ou meant for the last line to be leaves and not leads.
