My Fault
June 15, 2004

Looking back I should have known.
How could I not have seen?
Blinded by love they say,
That’s not what happened to me.

No, maybe it was my fault.
I left my heart unguarded to you.
So, maybe it is my fault,
You say the things you do.

This must mean that I’m to blame,
After all, it was me,
That found out about your game.
Sorry if I spoiled your fun,
But what do you have to say?
It’s my fault and it’s done?
Well, not today.
