A feeling of being worthless has sprung like a spring upon me
Covering, smuthering me like a blanket, keeping me from being what God wants me to be
A feeling of hope gone astray
Dwelling on mistakes of yesterday
I got to live for the now
If I'm gonna move forward that's the only way how
I am here for a reason
I will make it through this down season
