i have no lover to call my own
yet i watch my friends around me
i know that i cant keep hiding around my falling emotions
yet who am i to claim?
you acted as if i didnt notice you at all
only to cling to when times go wrong
i feel like a lifeless puppet, following your every command
you have no feelings for me
your eyes commit the truth
and i ask myself, how did i fall for you?

good poem. This seems to be a theme for us chics.
I have 2 on the same type topic, try untitled and desperate girls. They are about the subjugation of females and our tragic acceptance of the role.
