Please stop comparing me to them
I know she's the family athlete
And the other one is so pretty and popular, and smart
But can't you see, that's them, and this is me
I'm sorry I'm not gorgeous, athletic, or smart
And these words are coming straight from my heart
I've got enough problems I'm trying to cope with
I don't like myself the way that I am, but please stop mistaking my sisters for me
I try to be like them, I really do
But I've never been the type to be like someone else
I kind of like the mistake that I am, at least I can admitt when I do something wrong
So, although I'm not perfect, please try to see
That I'm working on being happy with me being me

conformity should be illegal. =]
well people are still in the basic stages of maturity of comparing their opinions. considering opinions arent fact they dont actually matter. also people are losing the sense of compassion so its all downhill from here. |
