love

Topic: LovePoetry

My heart wasn't in it.
When he kissed me,
When he held me,
When he said he loved me.
It was then I knew,
I fell out of love.
From the one I wanted to kiss.
The one I wanted to hold.
I fell out of love with him.
Sorry but it's true,
I no longer love you.
I can't seem to love like I did before.
This feels so wrong.
I don't know why but I can't seem to find.
The love that I once had.
I am sorry but it is true.
I no longer love you.
I am going to leave .
but please do not follow.
I can see the hollowness in your eyes.
I can see the pain and the sorrow.
But most of all I can see the love.
I am sorry but it's true.
I no longer love you.
Please find another.
Good-Bye forever.

From my poem of the same title

I remember when I fell out of love
I smote my heart with a curse
I forgot how I was devoted
and I broke the one I had loved

Love is never worth falling out of
and poetry is written for love

hey,
well this is a sad poem, but nice way to express yourself and let that person know how u feel.i'm glad you're telling that person, cuz that's the right thing to do,so you won't hurt them,to be honest, because you can't be lying to them when you're heart really don't love them no more.so then, take care and thanks for sharing.
love always,
andrea

It's always hard when you don't love someone the way they love you or they don't love you the way that you love them. Life goes on though. Although, there are some people that are not right in the head and kill themselves because that person didn't like them like that. That happened to me. This boy liked me and we were good friends but I didn't want to be anything more than friends and he told me he didn't want to live if he couldn't have me all to himself. So he committed suicide. Ya I still do blame myself but life goes on and that was his stupid mistake. You can't help the way you feel and I wasn't about to pretend that I liked him because that would be wrong and would just cause more pain. Take Care!

I have had this happen to me before, and it is one of the hardest things I've ever had to deal with. To me it's harder than loving some one who won't love you back, but anyway... good poem, and I'm sorry this happened!
