MINE YOU CHOOSE TO FORGET!!!

I'm a little mad I will have to say,
I wrote this poem the other day,
on this site I posted it,
But MINE you choose to just forget!
It was a poem I wrote a year ago,
that meant alot to me,If you should know,
"I'll never have that little girl"was the title of it,
But Mr.Rights was posted,and mine you choose to FORGET!
They were some what different,and some what the same,
But Mr. Rights was posted,for his well known name,
I looked on the home site,and said "Wheres MINE"
I wrote it before his just look at the time,
I had this problem before you see,
What I want to know is whats wrong with me?
I really like this site and I come to it everyday,
But after this, I think I'm going away,
I don't really know who to blame,
You don't know me, only by my name,
Yet again the ones on here that everyone knows,
are the ones with the most reads and it shows!
So I just needed to get this off my chest,
We're all poets here,NO ONES THE BEST!
No hard feelings,I'm just letting off steam,
All I wanted was mine to be seen!

When did you post it? You only get three poems per day placed on the home page, did you post more than three that day? I really don't think Mick would go out of his way to put a poem of mine on the home page and not yours... I think he has better things to do. And ummm... people know me by name because I write it on the bottom of all my comments. See:

| I'm sure you probably did'nt realize that you are only aloud 3 poems a day so thats the reason! No hard feelings & we are all aloud to let steam off once in a while!Clever write!I also saw the poem Mr.Right is talking about & its NOT The same! It's looking from different angles,You are a mom,& Hes a man,not yet a father! Both good poems! |

| Hi Ya...I just wanted to add something here..I noticed you are quite angry. Unless you are here at the exact moment Mick posts your poem, you may not see posted at all. Mick recieves tons of poems. They all end up on the homepage first before going to the archives, unless of course you submitted more then three. Unfortunately the last few of the poems Mick looks at and posts, end up being on the homepage a lil bit longer then some of the rest..this is because he can't post poems constantly all day. Everyone knows Curtis's name as well as others because they either divulge it to us or use it in all of their comments. Your poems are good...please keep writing. But don't think you are being overlooked. Everyone gets treated the same way here..even Mick and he's the owner. |
