An Inner Fear

Sitting in my room, staring at the walls
Glance up to the ceiling, as it slowly falls
Listening to the floor creak, as I hear it rise
Need to get out, the door I try to prise
Starting to crouch, avoid a two way crush
Blood and adrenelin, both begin to rush
Sweating quite profoundly, breathing now erratic
Starting to picture myself, ending in the attic
Having to lie down, flat upon my back
Before the floor and ceiling , hit me with a smack
Shut my eyes so tightly, feeling really sick
Hope it’s over quickly, being claustraphobic
